We ship all orders via USPS Flat Rate Priority (2-3 business days) or via USPS First Class (2-4 business days)
Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
All items shipped within the state of Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax.
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase! Items in our shop are listed with materials used and sizing info, so your products should not have any surprises when you receive your item. If your order arrives broken in shipment, please notify Mad Jewels immediately at ShopMadJewels@hotmail.com. We will issue a return shipping label and send out replacement. Please allow up to 48 business hours for return email.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order for other various reasons, you can send it back to us for store credit within 7 business days upon receipt. Merchandise credit will be given for full amount of goods purchased; buyer pays return shipping. Mad Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen returns; we advise sending back with a tracking number to avoid this/provide delivery confirmation to customer. To start the return process, please email us at email@example.com.
Jewelry must be returned to us unworn and its original condition.
Once your return has been processed you will be able to place an exchange order, or maintain a store credit balance to redeem at a later time. No store credit will be given for the cost of return shipping--only for the cost of the item(s) purchased.
No returns on custom or personalized orders as all pieces are made to order. Please ensure initials, names, and numbers are correct when placing order.
Sale items are non-returnable.
