When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed & shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time may take longer if your item has to be assembled. We guarantee that your order will ship out within 10 business days of purchase. (This does NOT include transit time from leaving our facilities and arriving at destination.) When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive an email from us. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by logging into your account & checking your order status.

What If I need my order ASAP?
Many of our gems are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your design of choice to be assembled if not currently in stock. If you need something expedited or by a specific date, please email us at We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot make any guarantees.

How do you ship orders?
We ship all orders via USPS Flat Rate Priority (2-3 business days) or via USPS First Class (2-4 business days)

Do you ship international?
International orders are shipped via USPS International. International shipping is $45. You will receive a tracking number once your item as shipped; However, once an order reaches customs, we are no longer able to track the package and have no control over how long the package takes to go through customs. Mad Jewels is not responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments. Mad Jewels is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have left the United States.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
All items shipped within the state of Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax. 

Can I apply a promotion code to a previous order?
Unfortunately, promotion codes are only valid to new/current purchases & cannot be backdated or refund for a previous purchase.



I got my Mad Jewels order, but it's just not for me

We understand that sometimes an item might not hit you in the right place or feel like "you" once you receive it. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase! Items in our shop are listed with materials used and sizing info, so your products should not have any surprises when you receive your item. You can send in returns for an exchange or merchandise credit within 7 days upon receipt of package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Mad Jewels is NOT responsible for lost or stolen returns; we advise sending back with tracking information. You are welcome to use the shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us to start the process. Please allow up to 48 business hours for return email. Jewelry must be returned to us unworn and its original condition. 

No returns on custom or personalized orders as all pieces are made to order. Please ensure initials, names, and numbers are correct when placing order.

Sale items are non-returnable.



All of our jewelry is handmade with various natural stones & other materials (i.e. suede tassels, silk, etc.). Exposure to water and other liquids such as perfume, lotions, hairspray & other similar materials is not recommended. Exposure to moisture can change the appearance of the stones & the metals used in our pieces. Humidity also speeds up the oxidation process, which causes jewelry to tarnish. Jewelry should not be worn in the shower, the pool, gym or ocean. We recommend storing your jewels in a dry compartment such as a sealed plastic bag, jewelry box, or anti-tarnish bags when they are not being worn.

ROLL any stretch bracelets over your wrist to prevent stretch cord from snapping.

We pre-treat all of our base metals with "Alchemy Jewelry Sealer", which is for sale in our store. This sealer is water based, and needs to be reapplied with wear in order for products to maintain as close to original form as possible.
