Questions? Email us at hello@shopmadjewels.com . Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We do not work on the weekends. All emails received Friday will be answered next business day (Monday). 

ORDERS
If you need something expedited or by a specific date, please email us at hello@shopmadjewels.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot make any guarantees. Mad Jewels will not be at fault if your item is not received by customers' requested date. 

PRE-ORDERS
All of our items at Mad Jewels are made by hand. On occasion, we will have items for "pre-order". Pre-order items have estimated ship dates, but are not guaranteed. Pre-ordering your item(s) guarantees that you will receive the product purchased and will not risk the item being sold out. When your items are ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking number.

SHIPPING
You have the option of shipping USPS First Class Mail (5-7 business days) for $3 or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for $6.95.

Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Orders are typically shipped out from our studios within 24 hours, but up to 3 business days of receiving order should the item be out of stock and made to order. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive an email from us. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by logging into your account & checking your order status.

SALES TAX
All items shipped within the state of Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax. 

RETURNS
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase! Items in our shop are listed with materials used and sizing info, so your products should not have any surprises when you receive your item. If your order arrives broken in shipment, please notify Mad Jewels immediately at hello@shopmadjewels.com. We will issue a return shipping label and send out replacement. Please allow up to 48 business hours for return email.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order for other various reasons, you can send it back to us for store credit within 7 business days upon receipt. Merchandise credit will be given for full amount of goods purchased; buyer pays return shipping. Mad Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen returns; we advise sending back with a tracking number to avoid this/provide delivery confirmation to customer. To start the return process, please email us with subject line: Returns +  Order # to Hello@shopmadjewels.com

Jewelry must be returned to us unworn and its original condition. 

Once your return has been processed you will be able to place an exchange order, or maintain a store credit balance to redeem at a later time. No store credit will be given for the cost of return shipping--only for the cost of the item(s) purchased.

No returns on custom or personalized orders as all pieces are made to order. Please ensure initials, names, and numbers are correct when placing order.

Sample Sale and Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

If you purchased our jewelry at one of our retailers or on another website, you must go through the returns process at the location at which you purchased.

Do you ship international?
We currently do not ship internationally direct to consumer. We do however ship internationally for our wholesale commercial customers.

Can I apply a promotion code to a previous order?
Unfortunately, promotion codes are only valid to new/current purchases & cannot be backdated or refund for a previous purchase.

JEWELRY CARE

All of our jewelry is handmade with various natural stones & other materials (i.e. suede tassels, silk, etc.). Exposure to water and other liquids such as perfume, lotions, hairspray & other similar materials is not recommended. Exposure to moisture can change the appearance of the stones & the metals used in our pieces. Humidity also speeds up the oxidation process, which causes jewelry to tarnish. Jewelry should not be worn in the shower, the pool, gym or ocean. We recommend storing your jewels in a dry compartment such as a sealed plastic bag, jewelry box, or anti-tarnish bags when they are not being worn.

TIP: 
ROLL any stretch bracelets over your wrist to prevent stretch cord from snapping.
