Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase! Items in our shop are listed with materials used and sizing info, so your products should not have any surprises when you receive your item. If your order arrives broken in shipment, please notify Mad Jewels immediately at ShopMadJewels@hotmail.com. We will issue a return shipping label and send out replacement. Please allow up to 48 business hours for return email.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can send it back to us for store credit within 7 business days upon receipt. Merchandise credit will be given for full amount of goods purchased; buyer pays return shipping. Mad Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen returns; we advise sending back with a tracking number to avoid this/provide delivery confirmation to customer. Jewelry must be returned to us unworn and its original condition.
Once your return has been processed you will be able to place an exchange order, or maintain a store credit balance to redeem at a later time. No store credit will be given for the cost of return shipping--only for the cost of the item(s) purchased.
No returns on custom or personalized orders as all pieces are made to order. Please ensure initials, names, and numbers are correct when placing order.
Sale items are non-returnable.
We stand behind the quality & materials of our product! If a piece should break due to a design flaw within a year of your purchase, we will do our best to repair the piece. If the customer should break a piece & still has most of the materials, there may be a small fee for stone/material replacement. We will work with you on a case by case basis. We maintain records of our orders; if you purchase a piece from one of our stockists, you must be able to provide us with a copy of your receipt including date of purchase.
We pre-treat all of our base metals with "Alchemy Jewelry Sealer", which is for sale in our store. This sealer is water based, and needs to be reapplied with wear in order for products to maintain as close to original form as possible. We highly recommend purchasing a bottle & keeping it in stock for our gems & all of your other costume gems! Check out the product page for more info.
